Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

For EU customers, we utilize the IOSS system where possible to streamline the customs process.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at bykgloballimited@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
